Emergency Action Plan (EAP)
The Emergency Action Plan (EAP) for your building is designed to assist building occupants with their emergency planning and response efforts. The EAP includes:
- Link to floor plans
- Evacuation Assembly Areas
- Storm Refuge Areas
- Areas of Rescue Assistance
- Emergency Response recommendations
- Building Contacts (administrative & emergency)
- Floor Coordinators (optional)
- Lab & hazardous materials information
- Occupant Accountability lists (optional)
- Additional assistance needs (optional)
The main focus of this plan is on 3 main responses in the event of an emergency.
- Get Out (evacuate the building)
- Stay In (take shelter in the building)
- Need Help (go to an area of rescue assistance)
