BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH YOUR ESES ADVISOR:

During Fall and Spring semesters we have a lot of available advising times! Although we don't have scheduled advising outside of regular semesters, urgent issues can come up: send a direct email to an advisor asking for help.

For Fall 2024, the faculty take advising appointments at the following times:
Dr. Brown 10:00-11:30 AM Tuesday (on-campus) and 10:00-4:00 PM Wednesday (Virtual/Zoom only),
Dr. Kanter 1:30 PM-4:30 PM Monday and 10:00 AM-4:30 PM Friday (with noon-1 off),
Dr. Meghani 2:00-4:30 PM Monday, and
Dr. Tomkin 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM Monday and Tuesday (Virtual/Zoom only all sessions)

1. Choose a booking link above for the advisor of your choice: Clicking on the above link will open a window as shown below. Click on the blue link that states "ESES Virtual Advising (Zoom)", upon clicking on the link you'll see a calendar with dates available for the advisor of your choice. Please click a date to identify a time slot that works for your schedule and proceed with your appointment reservation.  Note that your Name, Email and UIN are required fields.looking at the ESES On Campus Advising Appt.

2. Look for an email confirmation. It's that simple. If for any reason and advisor needs to reschedule your appointment, they will send you an email notification, and then you can use this method to find another time.
